Referrals
My friend used my code but I didn't get anything. Why?
This is the question we get most. Referral rewards are paid once your friend watches their first ad, not at the moment they enter your code. That gate exists to stop fake accounts from farming referral bonuses. As soon as your friend watches a single ad, you are both paid automatically, and no action is needed from either of you.
When can a code be entered?
During a new player's first 3 forges. After that the code can no longer be applied, so share your code with friends before they get going rather than after.
What do referrals pay?
Your friend receives 50 Forge Sparks for entering a code. You receive 50 for your 1st referral, 150 for your 10th, 100 for every 10th after that, and 25 for all the rest.
Can I refer myself with a second account?
No. Referring yourself is not permitted, and accounts created to farm referrals may lose their rewards. Deleting an account and registering the same email again will not grant the welcome Sparks a second time.
Levelling up an Artifact
What does levelling actually do?
Every level adds 40% of that Artifact's base rate to how much Essence it generates, up to Level 5. The exact gain is shown in the confirmation pop-up before you spend anything, so you can always see what you are getting.
Is it worth levelling up?
It is entirely optional and always your choice. One thing worth knowing: a Level 5 Artifact can never be recycled by a Rebirth. Maxing one out is how you keep it permanently.
Does levelling change an Artifact's rarity?
No. Rarity is fixed the moment an Artifact is forged and never changes. Levelling increases the rate it generates at, nothing else.
