Is RealmForge free to play?
Yes. RealmForge is completely free, and no purchase is ever necessary to play, earn Essence, or redeem rewards. The game is supported by optional ads.
How do rewards work?
RealmForge is a free-to-enter sweepstakes. You earn in-game Essence through normal play and can redeem it for gift cards once you reach the minimum. Full details are in the Official Rules.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the app (Profile → Delete Account), or use our account deletion page and we'll handle it for you.
What age do I need to be?
RealmForge is for players 18 and older (or the age of majority in your state) and is available to U.S. residents.
I didn't receive a reward I redeemed. What now?
Rewards are fulfilled by a third-party provider and are typically delivered by email within 24 to 72 hours after verification. If it's been longer, email us with your account email and we'll look into it.
