For users who create an account on or after September 15, 2026, these Rules apply immediately. For users who held an account before September 15, 2026, these Rules take effect on the Effective Date.

These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern participation in the promotional sweepstakes offered through the RealmForge mobile application (“App”), operated by Joslin Solutions LLC (“Sponsor”).

The “Promotion” consists solely of the Weekly Prize Drawing.

The Essence Loyalty Rewards program, rewarded advertising, third-party Reward Tasks (such as offerwall offers, surveys, trial sign-ups, app downloads, travel bookings, and shopping offers), in-game special events, and optional in-app purchases are not part of this Promotion and are governed solely by the Terms of Service.

Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude jurisdictions where registration, bonding, licensing, or other legal requirements render operation of the promotion impracticable or unlawful. A participant’s country of residence is recorded from the country of the participant’s app store account, and the App does not accept an entry from an account whose country of residence is excluded. The prize is Forge Sparks, a virtual in-game currency. For a winner who is not a resident of the United States, the prize cannot be redeemed, directly or through Essence, for any reward of monetary value.

If you are located in Canada, the Canada Addendum to these Rules also applies to you and forms part of these Rules.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion is conducted as a series of separate, consecutive weekly entry periods, each of which is its own promotion with its own prize.

(a) Weekly entry periods. Each weekly entry period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on a Monday and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on the following Sunday. Entries received during a weekly entry period are eligible only for the drawing conducted at the end of that period and do not carry over into any later period.

(b) Current promotion term. The current term of the Promotion begins on the Effective Date stated above and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. UTC on September 6, 2027, unless terminated earlier by Sponsor (the “Promotion Term”). The Promotion Term comprises no more than fifty-three (53) weekly entry periods. Sponsor may elect to conduct a subsequent Promotion Term, which will be governed by rules published at that time.

(c) Modification. Sponsor reserves the right to end, pause, or modify the Promotion at any time upon reasonable notice through the App or website.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or other consideration is required to:

The App offers optional in-app purchases of Forge Sparks, a virtual in-game currency, as described in the Terms of Service. Such purchases are entirely voluntary. Purchased Forge Sparks do not generate, grant, or increase entries into the Weekly Prize Drawing, and no purchase of any kind increases a participant’s odds of winning any prize. Entries into the Weekly Prize Drawing may be obtained only by the free methods described in Section 7 and by the Alternative Method of Entry described in Section 6, each of which remains available to every eligible participant at no cost.

For clarity: chance-based and skill-based gameplay mechanics (including random rarity rolls when forging, the daily spin wheel, and other in-app mini-games such as Ember Cast and Forge Strike) award only virtual items. Such virtual items are licensed, not sold, and have no real-world monetary value except where expressly provided through Sponsor’s official reward redemption system. The Weekly Prize Drawing is a free-entry sweepstakes. The Essence Loyalty Rewards program is a loyalty rewards program based on gameplay progression, not chance, and is governed by the Terms of Service.

5. How to Participate

Eligible users may participate by downloading RealmForge, creating an eligible account, and engaging with gameplay features. Gameplay activities may include:

Watching rewarded advertisements is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to watch advertisements will not prevent participation through other available methods.

6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To ensure that no purchase or advertising activity is required, Sponsor provides a free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To receive one (1) entry into the current Weekly Prize Drawing, mail a standard 3” x 5” card containing:

Each valid mailed request received during a weekly entry period shall receive one (1) eligible entry into the drawing for that period. Limit one mailed entry per envelope, and each envelope must be mailed separately and bear sufficient postage. A participant may submit up to the same maximum number of entries per weekly entry period by mail as may be obtained by all in-App methods combined, as stated in Section 7(b). A mailed request received after a weekly entry period has closed will be applied to the next weekly entry period. Sponsor is not responsible for mail that is late, lost, misdirected, postage due, or damaged. Mechanically reproduced, automated, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void. The AMOE receives equal treatment with all other eligible sweepstakes entries.

7. Weekly Prize Drawing

Sponsor conducts one random Weekly Prize Drawing. Eligible entries may be obtained by:

Optional rewarded advertisements may provide additional entries where permitted. Viewing advertisements is never mandatory.

No entry may be obtained by purchase, and no purchase increases the number of entries a participant holds or the odds of winning. Completing a third-party Reward Task, such as an offerwall offer, a survey, a trial sign-up, an app download, a travel booking, or a shopping offer, does not grant or increase entries into the Weekly Prize Drawing, and no Virtual Item awarded in connection with any such task may be converted into a sweepstakes entry.

(a) Drawing date and time. One (1) winner is selected for each weekly entry period. The drawing for a weekly entry period is conducted by Sponsor promptly after that period closes, at approximately 12:00 a.m. UTC on the Monday that immediately follows it, from among all eligible entries received during that period. The winner is selected at random by an automated process, and the likelihood of a given entry being selected is proportionate to that entry as a share of all eligible entries received in that period.

(b) Entry limit. During each weekly entry period a participant may obtain a maximum of six (6) entries per calendar day measured in UTC, consisting of one (1) free daily entry plus up to five (5) additional entries obtained by voluntarily viewing a rewarded advertisement, which are subject to a ten (10) minute interval between them. This is a maximum of forty-two (42) entries per weekly entry period per participant by in-App methods. Mailed AMOE entries are subject to the same maximum of forty-two (42) entries per weekly entry period. Unused entries do not accumulate and do not carry over.

(c) Odds. Odds of winning depend solely upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable weekly entry period. All eligible entries are weighted equally, and an entry obtained by the Alternative Method of Entry has exactly the same chance of being selected as an entry obtained by any in-App method.

8. Prize Verification

Before issuing any prize, Sponsor may require verification including:

Verification of redemptions under the Essence Loyalty Rewards program is governed separately by the Terms of Service.

9. Fraud Prevention

Weekly Prize Drawing winners currently receive: 300 Forge Sparks.

Forge Sparks awarded as a prize are a virtual in-game currency. They are licensed and not sold, are not transferable outside the Services, are not redeemable for cash, and carry no cash value. No cash equivalent and no cash substitution is offered.

Solely for the purpose of disclosing prize value under applicable promotion laws, and without altering the fact that a prize is not redeemable for cash, Sponsor states the approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize by reference to the price at which the same quantity of Forge Sparks may be purchased in the App at the standard rate. On that basis:

The actual value realized by a winner is zero dollars ($0.00), because Forge Sparks cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value outside the Services. The ARV stated above is a disclosure of purchase-price equivalence only and is not a representation that the prize has monetary worth.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary. Prizes are non-transferable unless expressly authorized. No cash substitution is permitted unless required by applicable law.

Except as stated in the Canada Addendum for winners who are residents of Canada, the Weekly Prize Drawing prize is credited automatically to the winning account when the drawing is completed, and the winner is notified in-app the next time the winner opens the App. A winner who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer a skill-testing question as described in the Canada Addendum, and the prize is held and not credited until then. Sponsor is not required to send, and does not promise to send, any separate email or other notice of a win. If a potential winner is disqualified or fails to complete the verification described in Section 8, Sponsor may select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that period. A list of the winners for the most recent thirteen (13) weekly entry periods (first name, last initial, city, and state, province, or territory) may be obtained at no cost by sending a written request, together with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the address in Section 21. Requests must be received within ninety (90) days after the close of the weekly entry period to which they relate.

11. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local taxes arising from prizes awarded under this Promotion. Sponsor may require:

Sponsor may issue IRS reporting forms where legally required. Tax responsibility for rewards issued under the Essence Loyalty Rewards program is addressed in the Terms of Service.

12. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, and except where consent is required and has not been given, participation in the Promotion and retention of a prize constitute permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name, last initial, city, and state, province, or territory for the limited purpose of announcing the result of a drawing in the App, on Sponsor’s website, and in the winners list described in Section 10, without additional compensation.

Because a prize is credited to the winning account automatically, no act of acceptance is required of a winner, other than the skill-testing question required of a resident of Canada under the Canada Addendum. A winner who does not wish to be identified may notify Sponsor at info@realmforgeapp.com, and Sponsor will omit that winner’s details from any published announcement and winners list. Making such a request does not affect the winner’s entitlement to the prize.

Sponsor will not use a winner’s likeness, photograph, voice, or full name for any promotional purpose without that winner’s separate, express, written authorization.

13. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for internet interruptions, device failures, software bugs, server outages, delayed transmissions, corrupted data, lost entries, telecommunications failures, or unauthorized access.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or modify the promotion if technical issues compromise its integrity.

14. Modification or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Rules, suspend promotions, cancel drawings, replace prize providers, and discontinue gameplay features. Material modifications will be announced through the App or Sponsor’s website and, where feasible, by email to the address associated with your account, together with an updated “Last Updated” date and an effective date.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from participation in the promotion. Sponsor’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the prize properly owed to the participant.

16. Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS AND INCLUDES A WAIVER OF YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION.

This Section and Section 17 do not apply to residents of Canada. The dispute resolution and governing law provisions of the Canada Addendum apply instead.

(a) Informal resolution. Before commencing any formal proceeding, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute informally. You must first contact Sponsor at info@realmforgeapp.com with a written description of your claim, and Sponsor will attempt to resolve it in good faith.

(b) Binding individual arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be resolved exclusively through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules in effect at the time the demand for arbitration is filed, except as modified by this Section. The arbitration shall be conducted in Placer County, California, unless you request in writing that it be conducted in the county of your primary residence, and unless the Rules require otherwise. Judgment on the arbitrator’s award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

(c) Class action waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

(d) Fees and costs. The AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules and applicable law shall govern the payment of filing, administration, and arbitrator fees.

(e) Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration provision on the same terms, and within the same period, as are set out in Section 23(d) of the Terms of Service. An opt-out validly delivered under that Section also operates as an opt-out under these Rules, and you do not need to send a second notice.

(f) Coordinated filings. The batching procedure set out in Section 23(f) of the Terms of Service applies equally to demands arising out of the Promotion.

(g) Small claims. Either party may instead bring an individual action in small claims court in the county where you reside or in Placer County, California, to the extent the claim qualifies for that court’s jurisdiction.

(h) Exceptions and severability. Nothing in this Section limits either party’s right to seek temporary injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property or confidential information. If any part of this Section is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

17. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

19. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this promotion is governed by the RealmForge Privacy Policy.

20. Entire Agreement

These Official Sweepstakes Rules, together with the Canada Addendum (for residents of Canada), the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement governing participation in the RealmForge Weekly Prize Drawing.
