Official Sweepstakes Rules

These Official Sweepstakes Rules (“Rules”) govern participation in the promotional sweepstakes and reward features offered through the RealmForge mobile application (“App”), operated by Joslin Solutions LLC (“Sponsor”). The “Promotion” consists of the Weekly Prize Drawing and the Essence Reward Redemption Program. In-game special events (such as bonus-boost weekends, special item drops, or similar limited-time gameplay features) are not part of this Promotion and are governed solely by the Terms of Service.

Participation constitutes your full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open only to:

• legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia;
• individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater;
• persons who have accepted the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The following are not eligible:

• Sponsor’s employees;
• officers;
• directors;
• contractors directly involved with administration of the promotion;
• immediate family members;
• household members of the foregoing.

Participation is void where prohibited by applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to exclude jurisdictions where registration, bonding, licensing, or other legal requirements render operation of the promotion impracticable or unlawful.

3. Promotion Period

The promotional program begins on the date the reward features (the Weekly Prize Drawing and the Essence Reward Redemption Program) first become publicly available in the App, and continues until modified, suspended, or terminated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to end, pause, or modify the promotion at any time upon reasonable notice through the App or website.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, or other consideration is required to:

• download the App;
• create an account;
• earn eligible entries;
• participate in the Weekly Prize Drawing; or
• redeem eligible rewards under these Rules.

If Sponsor introduces paid features in the future, such purchases shall remain entirely optional and shall not increase the odds of winning any sweepstakes prize.

For clarity: chance-based and skill-based gameplay mechanics (including random rarity rolls when forging, the daily spin wheel, and other in-app mini-games such as Ember Cast and Forge Strike) award only virtual items that have no real-world monetary value, are not games of chance for money, and do not constitute gambling. All such mini-games are free to play, never require a purchase, payment, or wager of any kind, and only ever award virtual items. The Weekly Prize Drawing is a free-entry sweepstakes; the Essence Reward Redemption Program is a rewards program based on gameplay progression, not chance. No real-money gambling is offered.

5. How to Participate

Eligible users may participate by downloading RealmForge, creating an eligible account, and engaging with gameplay features. Gameplay activities may include:

• forging Artifacts;
• completing quests;
• claiming daily rewards;
• maintaining daily streaks;
• participating in weekly events;
• playing in-app mini-games;
• referrals;
• optional rewarded advertisements.

Certain gameplay activities generate Essence, which may become eligible for redemption under Section 8. Watching rewarded advertisements is entirely voluntary. Choosing not to watch advertisements will not prevent participation through other available methods.

6. Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To ensure that no purchase or advertising activity is required, Sponsor provides a free Alternative Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To receive one (1) entry into the current Weekly Prize Drawing, mail a standard 3″ × 5″ card containing:

• full legal name;
• mailing address;
• email address;
• the words: “RealmForge Free Sweepstakes Entry.”

Each valid mailed request received during the applicable weekly entry period shall receive one (1) eligible entry. Limit one mailed entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced, automated, incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries are void. The AMOE receives equal treatment with all other eligible sweepstakes entries.

7. Weekly Prize Drawing

Sponsor conducts one random Weekly Prize Drawing. Eligible entries may be obtained by:

• daily free claim within the App;
• free entries awarded through in-app gameplay features or mini-games;
• valid mailed AMOE entries;
• other free entry methods announced by Sponsor.

Optional rewarded advertisements may provide additional entries where permitted. Viewing advertisements is never mandatory.

One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the applicable drawing period. Odds of winning depend solely upon the number of eligible entries received.

8. Essence Reward Redemption Program

The Essence Reward Redemption Program is not a game of chance. Essence is accumulated through gameplay progression and may become eligible for redemption after satisfying all applicable requirements.

Current redemption threshold: US $5.00

The redemption rate, threshold, available methods, any applicable fees, and the availability or continuation of this program are set by Sponsor in its sole discretion and may be changed, reduced, suspended, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice. Redemption is a discretionary loyalty reward; payment is not guaranteed, and no fixed or guaranteed rate of exchange between Essence and any currency or reward is offered, promised, or implied. Essence is provided solely for entertainment and is not an investment, security, deposit, or yield-bearing instrument.

Essence may also be spent or consumed within the App on optional in-game features, including without limitation Artifact upgrades and Levels. Essence spent within the App is consumed and is thereafter permanently unavailable for redemption. Such in-game spending is entirely voluntary, is never required in order to earn or redeem Essence or to enter or participate in the Weekly Prize Drawing, and has no effect on the outcome or odds of any chance-based feature of the App, including the Weekly Prize Drawing and the rarity of any Artifact forged. No purchase or payment of any kind is required at any time.

Current redemption methods may include:

• PayPal;
• Venmo;
• digital gift cards;
• prepaid gift cards;
• other redemption methods designated by Sponsor.

Sponsor reserves the right to add, remove, suspend, or modify redemption methods, including:

• ACH transfers;
• additional digital wallets;
• additional gift card providers;
• other lawful payment methods.

Reward availability may vary by jurisdiction and provider availability.

9. Reward Verification

Before issuing rewards, Sponsor may require verification including:

• account ownership;
• age verification;
• residency;
• identity verification;
• fraud review;
• eligibility confirmation.

Sponsor may delay redemption while conducting reasonable investigations. Failure to complete verification may result in denial of redemption.

10. Fraud Prevention

Sponsor maintains extensive anti-fraud measures. Without limitation, Sponsor may investigate:

• bots;
• automation;
• emulators;
• multiple accounts;
• click fraud;
• invalid advertising activity;
• VPN abuse;
• referral manipulation;
• exploit usage;
• software modification;
• unauthorized scripting.

Sponsor may:

• suspend accounts;
• permanently terminate accounts;
• reverse improperly obtained Essence;
• cancel entries;
• deny rewards;
• disqualify participants.

Sponsor’s determination regarding fraud shall be final.

11. Prizes

Current prizes may include:

• digital gift cards;
• in-game rewards;
• promotional items;
• other prizes designated by Sponsor.

Weekly Prize Drawing winners currently receive: 300 Forge Sparks.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value where necessary. Prizes are non-transferable unless expressly authorized. No cash substitution is permitted unless required by applicable law.

12. Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes arising from prizes or reward redemptions. Sponsor may require:

• IRS Form W-9;
• taxpayer identification;
• identity verification;
• other documentation required by applicable law.

Sponsor may issue IRS reporting forms where legally required.

13. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s:

• first name;
• username;
• city;
• state;
• likeness (if separately authorized);

for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

14. Technical Issues

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• internet interruptions;
• device failures;
• software bugs;
• server outages;
• delayed transmissions;
• corrupted data;
• lost entries;
• telecommunications failures;
• unauthorized access.

Sponsor reserves the right to suspend or modify the promotion if technical issues compromise its integrity.

15. Modification or Termination

Sponsor reserves the right to:

• modify these Rules;
• suspend promotions;
• discontinue rewards;
• cancel drawings;
• replace prize providers;
• modify redemption thresholds;
• discontinue gameplay features.

Material modifications will be announced through the App or Sponsor’s website.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from participation in the promotion. Sponsor’s aggregate liability shall not exceed the value of the prize or reward properly owed to the participant.

17. Dispute Resolution

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute arising under these Rules shall first be submitted to Sponsor for informal resolution. If unresolved, the dispute shall be settled exclusively through binding individual arbitration conducted in the State of California. Participants waive:

• trial by jury;
• participation in any class action;
• participation in any representative proceeding.

Nothing herein limits either party’s right to seek temporary injunctive relief where permitted by law.

18. Governing Law

These Rules shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this promotion is governed by the RealmForge Privacy Policy.

21. Entire Agreement

These Official Sweepstakes Rules, together with the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement governing participation in the RealmForge promotional program.
